Refund Eligibility

You can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
Access code was never activated - You received the code but never entered it on the website
Duplicate purchase - You accidentally purchased multiple access codes
Technical issues - The platform is genuinely inaccessible and we cannot resolve the issue (you must contact support first)
Important: No Refunds After Use
Once you activate your access code and take ANY practice tests, no refund will be issued. This is standard policy for digital content that has been accessed and consumed.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Access code was activated and used - Even if only one practice test was taken
Failed the official test - This is a practice tool, not a guarantee of passing the actual exam
Changed your mind after using - You had the opportunity to try the free preview first
More than 14 days since purchase - Refund window has closed
Shared your access code - Violation of our Terms of Service
Content quality concerns after using - The free preview demonstrates our quality standards
Why This Policy?
Digital services like ours are consumed immediately upon use. Once you've accessed the practice tests and explanations, the value has been delivered. This is similar to streaming a movie or downloading an e-book - once consumed, it cannot be "returned."
Fair to Everyone: This policy protects honest customers from having to subsidize those who might abuse a more lenient refund policy by using the full service and then requesting their money back.
How We Track Usage
We can verify whether an access code has been used through our database logs, which record:
Whether the access code was activated (entered on the website)
Date and time of activation
Number of practice tests taken
These logs allow us to fairly determine refund eligibility and respond to any payment disputes.

Your purchase was within the last 14 days
You have NOT activated or used your access code

We will verify your refund eligibility by checking:
Purchase date in our payment records
Whether the access code was activated in our database

Step 4: Refund Processing
If eligible:
You'll receive approval via email within 2-3 business days
Refund processed via Stripe to your original payment method
Funds appear in 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
Your access code will be permanently deactivated
If not eligible, we'll explain why based on our usage logs.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing the platform:

Allow us to help: We'll work to resolve technical problems within 24-48 hours
Refund if unresolved: If we cannot fix the issue, you'll receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window

Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank. Here's why:

Avoid complications - Chargebacks are a lengthy process (30-90 days)
Better outcome - We can explain usage logs and work toward a fair solution
What Happens with Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback:
Your access code will be immediately deactivated
We will provide usage logs to your bank showing service was delivered and used (if applicable)
Frivolous chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future purchases
Legitimate chargebacks (e.g., fraud, unauthorized charges) are always honored
Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback after using the service is considered fraud. We will provide evidence of usage to payment processors and may pursue recovery of chargeback fees for fraudulent disputes.
Special Circumstances
Accidental Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased multiple access codes, contact us immediately. We'll refund the duplicate(s) even if one code has been used.
Changed Your Mind Before Using
If you haven't activated your code and simply changed your mind, we'll issue a refund within 14 days - no problem.
Medical or Personal Emergency
If an unexpected emergency prevents you from using your access within the 12-month validity period, contact us. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
What's NOT Covered
Test failure: Passing the official exam is not guaranteed. This is a study tool.
Buyer's remorse after use: You had the free preview to evaluate quality first.
Expired access: Access codes are valid for 12 months from purchase (clearly stated).
Lost access codes: Codes cannot be recovered if lost; treat them like passwords.
Unauthorized sharing: If you shared your code and it was used by someone else, no refund.
Refund Amount
Eligible refunds are for the full purchase price ($10 USD)
No partial refunds are offered
Payment processing fees are not refunded (covered by us)
Currency exchange differences are not refunded
